Thanks for visiting Four Hour Challenge. I made this site to make a difference for my weight loss and yours. Let me explain.
As of January 29th, 2011 I’m 260 lbs and 6’1″. That means I’ve been carrying around the same weight as an average seven year old. Each year I’ve seen my weight increase and have hated the way I look and feel a little bit more every year.
Does this sound familiar?
I’ve needed to lose weight for years and have fought really committing to doing it for awhile. Not because I don’t get how it’s done. Eat better, exercise more, drink more water, blah, blah, blah… The truth is my confidence in actually losing the weight was low and being fat didn’t hurt enough to motivate me to risk the changes in my life I needed to make.
Enter Tim Ferris.
Tim removed every doubt I could have that if I followed his formula, I would lose the fat and gain the muscle. Plus he didn’t just make ‘the changes’ easier, but guaranteed massive, fast results! He goes over every detail about what to do, when to do it, why it works, how to get the absolute fastest, best results and keep them.
By the way, if you’re not ready to buy the book or can’t afford it, you can get the audio version for free from Audible.com here and listen to it while your driving or walking, etc. (Just be sure to cancel your subscription after you download it if you don’t want to buy more books.)
So here’s where the problem comes in. Tim brings up a phenomenon that stops 99% of the obese population from losing the fat…
Truth be told, I’m a pretty disciplined guy in a lot of ways and a bit stubborn about ‘being able to do this thing on my own’. Then it hit me. This is what every fat guy says in order to not really commit to losing the fat!
So I thought, hey, if I need help doing this, I’m sure other people do to, so that’s when I came up with the idea for the 4 Hour Challenge. First, I’m putting myself out there publicly, so I ‘have’ to do this and second, we can help each other with tips, tricks, recipes, exercises, accountability and encouragement!
So here’s my challenge to you.
Whether you want to lose weight, or build muscle or get stronger at super human speed with minimal time invested, now you can do it.

Tim shows exactly how to lose at least 20 pounds of fat a month without exercise, while still being able to eat like a lunatic on a *regular basis. For most people that’s two sizes smaller, so if your a size 14 dress, you’re now a 10. If you wear a XXL shirt, now you’ll fit comfortably into a large.
(Disclaimer: regular basis is once a week, but hey, you can go all out and not only is it okay, it actually helps you lose the weight and keep it off!)
